Priene Miletus Didyma tour covers three archaeological sites which are known as the jewels of ancient Lonia. Priene is the first city where they have city planning, home to philosopher Bias, Miletus once was the cultural capital of ancient world and birth place of Thales and Isidoros also one of the biblical sites where St Paul preached. Didyma means Twin. You will see the remains of the oracle temple of Apollo.

Priene Ancient City; In the 2nd millennium BC, Priene Ancient City was founded in an unknown location. Visit the theater, the temple of Athena, the Bouleterium, the Agora, and the Altar of Zeus and Cybele. After visiting Priene, have lunch in one of the local restaurant in the area.
Didyma Ancient City; visiting Temple Of the Apollon which was the biggest Oracle Center of ancient world.
Miletus Ancient City, was established on the sea shore at that period. Also it was knowen Thales’s home. He has reported forecasted solar eclipse. He has been dealing with astronomy and solstices as one of the first astronomer to calculate in advance. The city was destroyed by the Persians in 5th century BC.
19:30 PM At the end of the tour, transfer to hotel.
Special Note Guests must be able to walk approximately 2.5 miles over uneven and cobblestone surfaces, inclines and Priene has about over 100 steps up to hillside. Comfortable shoes, a hat and plenty of sunscreen are recommended as shade is limited. The order of the tour itinerary may vary in order to avoid congestion. Guests should watch their steps at all times in order to avoid injuries. Due to the nature of this tour, it is not recommended for guests with walkers or wheelchairs.
