2 Day Gallipoli Troy Tours From Istanbul!.. Me and my wife went to Gallipoli peninsula and joined to group tour of Gallipoli and Troy for 2 days included a local tour guide. We started from Istanbul early in the morning and noon time we arrived to Gallipoli first day, after lunch continue to gallipoli battlefields and cemeteries, it was amazing experience to see and have informative tour. Second day we visited the Trojan horses and Troy Ancient city, great history of the ancient world. I want to thank to all staff who arranged this package for us and tour guide and driver. My grandfather was buried in Gallipoli thats why it was really sensitive and emotional trip for us. We were thinking of doing a day trip only but then once we got there we thought it would be better to stay a night coz the bus journey was a bit tiring for us. Senol was pretty quick at responding so we could make this last minute change. Seeing troy was an extra memory for our trip and we very well enjoyed it.

We went this tour with one of my friend. The tour was started with hotel pick up in the morning and then we had taken to the meeting point to mee with others and participants. It was in the morning about 7am. After met with the guide and others, we taken to the a restaurant after driving one hour towards to Gallipoli Peninsula (Canakkale). It was a nice to have breakfast on the way because, from the hotel, It was not available and we were hungry. After lunch we had continued to the Gallipoli. We arrived and we had lunch before arrive to Battlefields. After lunch in a restaurant, we continued to Battlefields of Gallipoli. We had done about 5 hours touring in between battlefields with a professional local tour guide, touring was very nice and tour guide was great, tour was small group and we had time to ask our questions one by one and got answer them. After tour we taken to the hotel in Canakkale. Second day we discovered the Ancient city of Troia, after breakfast It was not long touring in the city it was about 2 hours with a local tour guide that giving the information about the each ruins which was left from the troia ancient city. After the tour, we returned back to Istanbul.

Ancient City of Helen, It was nice to listen the history and nice to know that there was a beautiful city in the Troy and there was a war because of the love. Gallipoli where there was an other love war but this was not for two person, this one was countries love.
